High Point, NC – Litsa Prentzas knows that opening a downtown boutique in High Point is a risky venture.

It can be a struggle for retail businesses in this part of the city, where furniture showrooms that are empty most of the time dominate the landscape.

Prentzas, a High Point native, isn’t letting this faze her, opening Lily & Theo’s Posh Pineapple at 106 W. Kivett Drive.

The shop, which features gifts, accessories, home decor, furniture and other items, is in a former showroom located in a building owned by Prentzas’ grandfather, James Nicopoulos.
