Strzok took over a tired stationery shop with poor sales. She developed partnerships with some of the top and upcoming brands and changed the whole image of the store. She created store-within-a-store concept with some of these brands. As her store modernized, her clientele got younger and more devoted. As competition increased, she just strengthened her foothold on the Milwaukee stationery industry. In 2013, she was selected by Stationery Trends Magazine as Trendy Stationer of the Year and in 2014, she was chosen as Milwaukee Business Journal: 40 Under 40.
