Brown-Massey is a former U.S. Army 82nd Airborne Paratrooper. Thirty days after finishing her nine-year contract in the Army, she launched Innovative Supplies Worldwide, Inc. Within 24 hours of opening up her e-commerce site Innovative Supplies sold more than 8,000 stationery notebooks and was featured on Essence, Blavity and JET. Georgia Governor Nathan Deal recognized the company with the 2017 G.L.O.B.E award.
