The Market is Back for Round Two on July 9th

Grand Rapids, MI – Turn a stale summer day Saturday into a celebration of community by visiting The Market presented by Avenue for the Arts on July 9th. Arts vendors, musicians and local businesses will line the streets of South Division between Oakes and Cherry from 4 – 9pm for an exciting evening of art in all forms! This Market provides an inspiring, all-inclusive atmosphere in which Grand Rapids artists and community members can support and connect with one another.

The Market presented by Avenue for the Arts is a reoccurring event and will continue on the second Saturday of August and September. Remaining Market dates include July 9, August 13, and September 10.

The Market features many distinctive local artists who sell paintings, jewelry, prints, photos, T-shirts, handmade goods, and so much more. A diverse mix of entertainment will be scattered throughout the streets – ranging from live music to street performers of all sorts, along with a music stage located in Pekich Park.

The Market presented by Avenue for the Arts is a program facilitated by the Dwelling Place.
