Women’s Retail on Wheels: New Mobile Clothing Business Open
Chattanooga, TN – Heather Frazer’s new business is sort of like a food truck for women’s retail.
She launched Olive + Estelle, a mobile boutique for women, this past weekend at Mainx24.
“We have always wanted to start a business here in Chattanooga,” Frazer said. “We always felt like Chattanooga was on the cusp of something great … and there were still a lot of options Chattanooga doesn’t have that we could fill a need for.”
