Adora Receives Three Awards of Excellence Nominations
Adora, Inc. announces that it has received three nominations from DOLLS Magazine’s “Awards of Excellence” program. Dolls were chosen based on overall aesthetic appeal; excellence in concept, design and execution; and quality of material and workmanship. The following three dolls were nominated by DOLLS Magazine in these categories:
- Baby Doll – More than 100 – $100 and under: Name Your Own Baby #20675
- Representations of Children – More than 100 – $100 and under: Name Your Own Baby #20678
- Play Dolls – $50 and under: Jade
The nominations for the “Awards of Excellence” were announced in February at Toy Fair in New York City. Ballots will be available in the August issue of DOLLS, and the winners in each category will be announced in August at the Doll & Teddy Bear Expo in Washington, D.C. “Awards of Excellence” winners will be featured in the December issue of DOLLS.
The exciting announcement follows an additional five Industry’s Choice Awards from Doll Reader Magazine. The selection of an impressive eight dolls for the industry’s most prestigious awards attests to Adora’s outstanding lineup of dolls for 2008.
