Centerville, OH – When visiting culinary shops, Brian and Heather Rayburn found some that specialized in oils and vinegars, others that specialized in teas, and others focused on spices. They decided to put all these products in their store when they opened Miami Valley Spice Traders late last year.

They describe their new business as a “culinary candy shop.” It offers a tasting bar and tasting parties.

“It’s a very hands-on shop,” Brian Rayburn said.
