Designer Greetings acquires V&M Sales
Designer Greetings Inc. announced today that it has acquired Iowa-based distributor V&M Sales.
This marks the tenth acquisition for Designer Greetings since 2006. Others include: Card$mart, Glitterwrap, Red Farm Studio, Royal Greetings, enGreet, Treasure Greetings, Mike’s Distributing, Madison Park Greetings and Northern Exposure.
V&M has been in business for over 35 years and is known for their excellent customer service in the supermarket channel.
Designer Greetings CEO and President, Steven Gimbelman, states “We understand the distributor/retailer connection, providing excellent product and service while maintaining strong relationships with owner/operators. V&M has a long history of servicing independent grocers and we look forward to building upon the success V&M has forged in the supermarket arena.”
