Mud Pie offers tools and support as retailers reopen

During these unusual times, Mud Pie’s primary goal remains the same  to support their retail partners. Over the past two months, the gift industry powerhouse has been helping retailers with everything from reorders to adjusted shipping dates and payment terms.

Now, as stores plan their next steps, Mud Pie has created a Reopening Toolkit for their customers filled with tips and templates for email marketing, social media and merchandising. Mud Pie is also committed to launching thousands of new products for the Fall and Holiday season via a new Digital Showroom Experience and at the summer shows.

These are trying times and Mud Pie hopes to give their retailers a head start in reopening.  They also know that newness will be essential for a successful third and fourth quarter. “We are here and available to connect with retailers, however they feel most comfortable. The Holidays won’t be canceled, so we’ve launched our Fall and Holiday 2020 Collections, on schedule, with over 2000 new items. Our supply chain is strong and we expect to ship fall introductions in late June.”   He added, “We are also excited to unveil a Digital Showroom that will remain accessible on our website throughout the season,” said Fred Pannek, president of Mud Pie.

Mud Pie’s Digital Showroom will be filled with display videos and product information filmed in Mud Pie’s expansive Atlanta Showroom. It will debut the week of June 22, complete with virtual events intended to inspire. Mud Pie will also be fully prepared to assist customers at the Dallas, Atlanta and Las Vegas Gift Shows.

The OneCoast Mud Pie Division territory managers have been on the road, virtually and in person, and have been encouraged by the warm reception they have received from retailers. They will continue to be available to guide their customers in whatever way is most helpful.
