Roman reveals new online ordering system

Roman has implemented a new online ordering system on its wholesale website, www.retailers.roman.com. Customers can now browse catalogs online and place orders by clicking on the item or item information. While this capability isn’t new to the industry, it is new to Roman’s site, and other cosmetic, rolling changes are being made as well.

“At Roman, we are working on several initiatives that will increase our customer’s satisfaction when working with the company and our sales representatives. Creating click-to-order catalogs on our wholesale website will make it much easier for our customers to place their orders. Other initiatives will be announced in the upcoming weeks as their development continues,” said Julie Loughman, co-owner and marketing executive for Roman.

Customers will still be able to order by item number and conduct keyword searches for items, as well as utilize all functions previously available on www.retailers.roman.com.
