Las Vegas buying event to promote mid-market season sourcing

The semi-annual Spring Buying Event, featuring near 50 home, gift and lifestyle permanent showrooms across Building C and the Las Vegas Design Center (LVDC), will be held March 27-28 at World Market Center in Las Vegas, according to International Market Centers (IMC).

“Our inaugural Las Vegas mid-market Buying Events in 2022 were a success, and we are thrilled to offer buyers more opportunities to connect face-to-face with the brands they know and love in showrooms that will be open for business this March,” said Dorothy Belshaw, executive vice president and chief growth officer of IMC. “The combination of Las Vegas Design Center open daily showrooms with the gift and home accessory showrooms open in Building C for this event allows retailers and designers to source and shop year-round at World Market Center Las Vegas.”

The event includes a growing list of 20 gift and home manufacturers, as well as sales agency showrooms, located in Building C. Currently confirmed participants are: F.E.M. Sales; Fine Lines; Gifts of Nature; Just Got 2 Have It!; Karen Alweil Studio; Keena; Kurt S. Adler Inc.; Melrose International; Mother Ruggers aka Orlena Home, LLC; The New Era Sales Team, Inc. (NEST); Sales Producers, Inc.; and Toyology. Appointments are highly recommended, IMC said.

Spring Buying Event is an extension of World Market Center Las Vegas’ open year-round offerings in the LVDC. During the event, buyers can source in LVDC’s 30-plus designer showrooms presenting more than 120 product lines plus additional gift, lifestyle, gourmet, tabletop and décor showrooms on campus.
