Best Sellers in Outer Banks, NC By Eric Wallace

Christmas Mouse

A popular destination for Christmas enthusiasts, Christmas Mouse has been in operation on the Outer Banks for over 23 years. Visitors to the Christmas Mouse find themselves instantly immersed in all things Christmas. Throughout the many rooms filled with diverse ornaments and decorations, smells of cinnamon and allspice potpourri fill the air, making it feel a lot like Christmas, even in July.

Of the store’s large inventory, store manager, Graham Foreman, says: “If you can’t find it at the Christmas Mouse, it’s probably not made.” Looking over the myriad thematic trees, hung with ornaments that range from more traditional historical Santa Clauses, to Outer Banks light-houses and painted seashells, it’s nearly impossible to think of anything they might have missed.
