Treatibles

Jodi Ziskin, Director of Communications | www.treatibles.com

Company mission: To promote harmony for the whole family through the happiness and health of each pet with our revolutionary organic full spectrum hemp oil products.

We believe that every dog and cat deserves love, compassion, care and a forever home. Each day, the tireless efforts of rescues and shelters help make this a reality for a growing number of animals. Unfortunately, some cats and dogs are deemed unadoptable due to fear, anxiety or perceived aggression.

These misunderstood pets often thrive when their issues are addressed. Treatibles is proud to be part of this transformation. We partner with rescues and shelters across the United States to help bring calm, balance and ease to dogs and cats in their care.

How do your products serve the mission? Our products provide support to animals with a variety of conditions. The benefits of full spectrum hemp oil rich in naturally occurring CBD include instilling calm, ease, and normal emotional balance, supporting a healthy digestive tract and strong immune system, promoting healthy joints, flexibility and the body’s normal inflammatory response. Treatibles can help pets exhibiting anxiety, discomfort, loss of appetite, digestive tract issues and more.

We serve rescues and shelters in our Rescue Partner Program through the donation of product in times of crisis as well as offering a deep discount on all products. Treatibles also features a rescue of the month on our website to showcase the efforts of these deserving organizations. We not only make a monetary donation to the featured rescue; we encourage visitors to our site to do the same.

Treatibles also has a very special partnership with the Villalobos Rescue Center in New Orleans. You may recognize the name – it is the rescue featured on the television program Pitbulls and Parolees. In 2017, the Center told us the story of their rescue, Tater Tot, we worked together to create a chew in his honor – Tater’s Sweet Potato Tots. $1 of every bag sold goes directly toward veterinary expenses at Villalobos, which average around $500k per year.

Plans for the future: Innovation is the cornerstone of our business. That is why we are always researching and developing new beneficial products for animal companions. In the coming months, we are expanding our soft chews line and more horse-specific offerings. Our long-term plans include a variety of new ways family pets and pets looking for their forever homes can enjoy and benefit from our proprietary organic full spectrum hemp oil.

How can retailers get involved? We work with retailers directly and through national and regional distributors. For more information, we encourage retailers to contact us by email: orders@treatibles.comor by phone. Treatibles is dedicated to the success of our retailer partners. We offer a live interactive webinar training every Tuesday with our CEO. It is a wonderful opportunity to learn about the science of CBD as well as more about our company and products.

Caru Pet Food

Adrian Pettyan, CEO & co-founder | www.carupetfood.com

Company mission:Simply to love our furry friends back by giving them the healthiest, tastiest, most nourishing food.

How do your products serve the mission?Since my wife and I founded Caru in 2014, we’ve been donating our Just Like Homemade stews and natural treats to animal shelters and charitable organizations to help needy cats and dogs nationwide. Following hurricanes Harvey and Irma in 2017 and Hurricane Michael in 2018, we rushed relief supplies to the hardest-hit areas in Florida and Texas and provided thousands of meals for displaced pets. We take great pride in providing the original line of ready-to-eat stews for dogs and cats on the market that’s truly human grade. Additionally, we know that protecting our environment is something we cannot overlook, and as a result, we were the first brand in North America to package pet food in ecofriendly Tetra Pack cartons.

Plans for the future:We promise to keep making dogs and cats as healthy and happy as possible with our 100 percent grain-free, made-in-USA products.

How can retailers get involved?By doing their part to support local shelters and encouraging every customer to support brands that give back.
