April is Autism Awareness month, and Beatriz Ball supports autism awareness as its corporate cause.

Beatriz Ball is donating 100% of the profits from two special items to the organization Autism Speaks. One product is an autism awareness keychain and the other is holiday ornament.

The inspiration for this is Beatriz’s grandson Bo, the youngest of her thirteen grandchildren. Diagnosed at the age of three, Bo lives in New Orleans with his parents and is the youngest of five children, and he brings so much joy to his family.

Bo is now 11 years old and in fourth grade. Passionate and lively, he continues to love school, all things Disney Pixar and most of all his next family trip. Bo is lucky to have wonderful support at school with his Special Ed program, therapists and friends. His teachers push Bo to do his best, while making learning fun and engaging for him. He has made great strides with communication this year since working with a new speech therapist.

Autism Speaks is an autism advocacy charity and the largest autism research organization in the U.S., with outreach aimed at families, governments and the public.
