Denver Mart closes after 56 years

The Denver Mart hosted the final Rocky Mountain Gift Show at the current Denver Mart, Feb. 24-28. There were 176 Exhibitors with over 1500 lines represented at the market over the past week. Multiple new reps and lines were available alongside the permanent showrooms that have been available at the Denver Mart for years.

Buyers from around the region flocked to the Denver Mart for its last hoorah. Buyers and exhibitors alike were eager to enjoy a face-to-face market. While the mandates of masks and occupancy limits were adhered to, people were making connections and looking towards a brighter 2021.

The building has been open since 1965. Tenants have come and gone, as have buyers. “For now, we wrap down a 56-year tradition at our current facility and look forward to a new beginning. Thank you to all who attended this year and in years past. You are forever a part of history in the making,” Denver Mart said in a press release.
