DesignWorks Collective acquires Gentlemen’s Hardware
DesignWorks Collective announced the acquisition of Gentlemen’s Hardware, a pioneer in the artisanal men’s gifting category. Known for investing in new and innovative companies across the gifting, personal care and stationery sector, DesignWorks acquisition of Gentlemen’s Hardware will complement the existing vibrant assortment of consumer brands including Paddywax, The Candle Bar, Firefly Candle Co., Designworks Ink, Olivina Men, and Stay Golden, and will extend Designworks Collective’s strategic expansion into the UK and European markets.
Under DesignWorks, Gentlemen’s Hardware will continue to work with current retail partners across the UK, Europe, USA and worldwide to build the Gentlemen’s Hardware brand and maintain its flagship status in global markets. Designworks Collective will also onboard select Wild + Wolf team members, and will be working with existing logistics providers to ensure that brand continuity is assured for partners.
