Ganz, Midwest CBK announce merger of all sales and operations

Ganz, leading holiday, gift and home décor designer and manufacturer, has decided to merge sales and operations with its sister company Midwest-CBK. The merger includes the Midwest-CBK brand name and popular holiday, gift, and home and outdoor décor business. Simply Noelle will create its own sales force run by its Wilmington, NC distribution facility and staff.

A key component to this strategy is to maintain the integrity of each brand identity. This will be done through maintaining the core product development teams from each brand. The Midwest-CBK brands are a perfect complement to the Ganz product line; a combined Sales Force will result in a proficient and successful team in the industry and enable the independent retailer to have a one stop shop for all their gift and home décor needs.
