Locally crafted products and souvenir showcase headline Seattle Gift Show

The Seattle Gift Show returns February 2-5, 2019 to the Washington State Convention Center bringing a versatile selection of locally-made products built around the Pacific Northwest lifestyle. From breaking design and color trends to emerging artisans, the return of the Urban Craft Uprising Pavilion, regional gourmet specialties and top name lines – the region’s retailers will benefit from the expanded selection of locally crafted products and unique regional resources to help their stores stand out.

Further strengthening the show floor offerings, the Seattle Gift Show temporary exhibits come together with the permanent showrooms at the Seattle Mart to co-host Seattle Market Week, running January 30- February 5, 2019.

“We know buyers in the Pacific Northwest are coming to the Seattle Gift Show to find those unique, new designs that can help differentiate their business.  We’ve continued to fine-tune the show’s selection of locally-crafted products across all categories to infuse new and different designs that are custom-tailored to the Pacific Northwest retailer’s needs,” explains Lisa Glosson, vice president of Gift & Souvenir, Clarion UX.

In addition to these new initiatives, attending retailers will find a host of other show features.

The Seattle Gift Show shines a special spotlight on souvenir/resort resources with the return of its popular Northwest Directions sector.  A magnet for retailers from Alaska and other key tourist destinations, this section offers even more new lines, souvenir and resort apparel, novelty products and other designs that embrace the spirit of the Pacific Northwest.

Retailers will find even more handcrafted, artisan designs than ever before with the return of the Urban Craft Uprising Pavilion. Showcasing the work of 30+ artisans from Seattle’s largest indie craft show, the pavilion returns this winter to join the show’s Artisan Alley and Makers Market sector offering a wide range of handcrafted goods for the retailers to explore.

When Pacific Northwest retailers walk the floor of the Seattle Gift Show, they’ll discover countless new designs, creative styles and regional artisans they just won’t see at other markets.  The show features product in every sector, in one easy-to-shop layout, all on one floor! Categories include: Gift & Collectibles, Makers’ Market | Artisan Alley (handcrafted), Northwest Flavors (Gourmet & Specialty Foods), Personal Style, Treasures to Go (Cash & Carry).

The Seattle Gift Show comes together with the permanent showrooms of the Seattle Mart (200 SW Michigan Street) to present Seattle Market Week.  The Seattle Mart will host its winter market from January 30 – February 5, 2019. The building houses the Northwest’s premier permanent showrooms representing a wide range of product lines from locally manufactured to national brands. These offerings, along with the many lines and new resources at the Seattle Gift Show, give the region’s retailers a comprehensive, convenient and cost-effective shopping experience. What’s more, one badge gives buyers access to both venues and complimentary shuttle service will also be provided.

Buyers are encouraged to take advantage of the show’s easy, online registration.  As an added bonus, buyers who pre-register and bring their email confirmation along with their parking receipt to the parking rebate desk inside the exhibit hall at the Washington State Convention Center can receive a parking rebate up to $5.
