Fredericksburg, VA – Heritage Gifts and Imports, on William Street in downtown Fredericksburg, was Suzanne Metzger’s go-to shop for unique gifts for years.

So when former owner Peggy DiMaio, who ran the shop for 14 years, decided to sell the business, Metzger jumped at the chance to sell items she’s passionate about and become her own boss.

Now named Pappagallo Fine Gifts and Imports, the shop has an expanded selection of silk scarves, Venetian and Murano glass and ceramics, but still carries longtime imported favorites from around the globe.
