Record number of new, expanded home exhibitors to debut in Dallas

Dallas Market Center has revealed a record number of new and expanding home and design exhibitors debuting in time for the upcoming Total Home & Gift Market, Jan. 10-16, 2024.

The market will include more than 30 new or expanded showrooms across the marketplace plus expanded Home Temps.

“More top brands in home and design are recognizing that only Dallas delivers the market-time traffic and the daily traffic to support their business growth,” said Cindy Morris, president and CEO of Dallas Market Center. “We are thrilled that these companies are debuting in Dallas or deepening their investment. As companies seek a superior location to showcase more products and expand their customer base for year-round business, Dallas comes out on top.”

Among the showrooms in Home and Design, Dallas Market Center is welcoming new brands and supporting the expansion of long-time partners, including:

Surya is moving into new space in IHDC 1D321 down the corridor from Global Views;

Bernhardt Interiors and Tomlinson Furniture will join an expanded MC Studio showroom in IHDC 2F160, complementing the Norwalk presence;

  • Shadow Catchers has moved into its own showroom, located in WTC 194 across from Visual Comfort & Co.
  • Visual Comfort & Co. is expanding their showroom in IHDC 1D11, their largest presence in the U.S., as a fully integrated showroom showcasing all brands together in one location.
  • Uttermost and Revelation recently moved into new atrium showrooms in IHDC 2F128 and 2F448.
  • Novart recently relocated to an atrium showroom, WTC 190.
  • Ashore recently relocated and expanded in WTC 531.
  • The Light Garden is relocating to WTC 360, 376.
  • Shakuff Lighting is opening a showroom in IHDC 2F225.
  • French Market will debut a new showroom in IHDC 2F127, 2F133.

Recent expansions include: Ethan & Associates – WTC 9008 + 9048; Designers Patio – 9009 WTC; Swank – WTC 9010 + 9014; Sonoran Range – IHDC 1D301; Danny’s Fine Porcelain – IHDC 1D409; and Fosters Point – IHDC 1D101.
Inside The Gallery, located on the first floor of the Interior Home + Design Center, more than 20 brands are showcased inside a shared showroom space that is staffed by Dallas Market Center personnel. The space expanded in 2022 and recently added Greenapple, Mainly Baskets Home, Vrugs, and Pacific Green. The Gallery, unique to the Dallas design community, offers a strollable, open environment to explore and discover new resources.

In the lighting neighborhoods of the World Trade Center and Trade Mart new exhibitors include: EGLO – TM 4916; additions of Geo Contemporary – WTC 301; Millenium Lighting – TM 3664; XO Logic, Spectra, Windward – TM 4931; Lib&Co – TM 3519, and the recent opening of the International Pavilion featuring Wakanine and David Trubridge – TM 4909.

Inside Spectrum, the shared showroom for Lighting resources in TM 4432, PureEdge Lighting, Our Living Lights, LUMpure Lighting, Aventura Lighting, and Montclair Lighting Works will be open for January Lightovation (January 10-14).

In The Temps at Total Home & Gift Market (January 10-13), Home Temps has a new home on the 10th floor adjacent to High Style Dalas, High Style Boutique, and Antiques, and there will be the debut of a new neighborhood of Home Textiles. Immediate Goods Home resources in Market Hall will also present new and returning exhibitors.

Dallas Market Center is an open-daily design resource in the U.S. and serves retail buyers and interior designers from across the country and internationally who seek a wide range of home décor products. The marketplace features more than 1.2 million square feet of space dedicated to design showrooms of furniture, decorative accessories, and residential lighting. Dallas Market Center also hosts trade events and specialized design events throughout the year.

In addition to new Home and Design resources, the Gift neighborhoods in Dallas will also offer significant new and expanded exhibitors for January. In the World Trade Center atrium will be the debut of flagship showrooms from OneCoast and Anne McGilvray & Co., and in the Trade Mart an expanded new showroom for Primitives by Kathy. For temporary exhibits, The Temps at Total Home & Gift Market (January 10-14) is slated to be the largest winter presentation in more than ten years and will include hundreds of new exhibitors including the debut of Gourmet Market on 12 and The Toy Fair© Pavilion on 12.

The next events at Dallas Market Center are Total Home & Gift Market (Jan. 10-16) including The Temps at Total Home & Gift Market (Jan. 10-13), and Lightovation (Jan. 10-14) with the Lightovation Interior Designer Preview Day on Tuesday, Jan. 9.
