With so many retailers facing similar challenges right now, we encourage you to Share Your Story so we may share your story and help other independent retailers.

Leah Pellegrino, owner and lead designer, is a maker on a mission to make people laugh. Manor Paper Co. creates greeting cards, stickers, home décor, apparel and more. “Our goal is to bring people joy and make them laugh with one of our products,” Pellegrino explained. “If one of our products can make someone laugh and think of someone that would enjoy it, then we did our job.”

Although Manor Paper Co. will not be exhibiting at any upcoming shows, Pellegrino shared that the business is “still pretty small so right now we are trying to gain some love on social media to get new customers!”

Do you offer any unique or special services to retailers? If so, please describe them.

Leah Pelligrino (LP): We are currently in the process of setting up our wholesale catalog to launch our products into even more retailers! We are in a few stores and want to open our range to have our products be available to more suppliers.

Are you offering any products that offer a give-back opportunity to charitable organizations?

LP: During the black lives matter movement, we made a sticker to show our support and decided that for 3months we would donate 100% of the proceeds. In 3months we donated over $2,000 to color of change.

Has your business modified online services to better serve retailers in todayʼs challenging climate? If so, please explain.

LP: As of today we have our website where we are moving to have majority of our sales take place on!

What is your marketing strategy moving forward to keep your customers informed?

LP: Emails, Social media

Please share 1-3 tips related to buying or displaying merchandise that we may share with other retailers.

LP: Show how the products are used in the home! It helps give the consumer a glimpse at how the product will look if they purchase and makes them more inclined to buy.
