Wausau, WI – Janet Stellmach is busy this holiday season.

The owner of Janet’s Yarns and Crafts, 401 S. Central Ave. in Marshfield, said Black Friday and the weekend after Thanksgiving were “outstanding” for her business. She has been putting in orders of about $1,000 to restock her inventory every three days during the past couple of months.

“We were very busy on (Nov. 26). I’m the only one working in the store most of the time, and I was regretting it a little bit, but the customers were great and it was wonderful to have them all come in,” said Stellmach, whose business is primarily split between knitting, crocheting and needlepointing, and children’s crafts such as paint by the number and jigsaw puzzles.
