Sullivan Inc. launches new wholesale website
Sullivan, Inc., a designer and marketer of home décor products, permanent botanicals, giftware and seasonal holiday decorations, announces the launch of a new and improved wholesale website.
“For our industry, I don’t think there’s any going back [to pre-COVID buying models]. The new website, www.sullivangift.com, features a new look, online bill-pay and the ability to shop right from Sullivans’ digital catalogs and virtual marketplace. It also showcases a store locator to feature Sullivans’ retailers, hyper-specific filter options, a faster search engine, and the choice for Sullivans’ sales reps to virtually interact with their customers.

“Those options,” continued Buhler, “include personalized pricing, a ‘smart’ AI interface that learns our customers’ shopping habits and can streamline their website visits, and the advantage and convenience of online bill-pay and enhanced mobile capability. The creation of the new site was executed by Sullivans’ long-time digital partner, Whereoware, a full-service digital agency based in Chantilly, VA. “[Sullivans] new site has a refreshed design and delivers an elevated online experience for their customers,” said Randi Mohr, vice President of client services at Whereoware. “The new site boasts a robust variety of features and tools to streamline product discovery.”
Sullivans new website also offers online customization of Sullivans’ made-in-the-USA artwork line, the Darren Gygi Home Collection, and an optimized mobile platform to allow retailers to work and shop on the go, at their convenience.
The new website launches on Mar. 2, 2021 to the wholesale trade.
