Annaleece Enhances Website to Include Online Ordering and More!

In a continued effort to provide superior customer service to their retailers and sales representatives, Annaleece recently added online ordering and search capability to their website www.annaleece.com. Other additions include access to customer information, order inquiry, RMA status, credit information, and sales order history.

Searching & Ordering?

The new website features allow authorized users to simply enter their user name and password to access up-to-date information on the entire Annaleece inventory. Each item listing displays a picture with complete product information. Customers can search and order by category, item number, description, or item characteristics (i.e. shape, etc.). For customers who wish to order by item number, there is a quick order entry option, in which up to 50 items can be entered at one time.

Customer Information & History?

Annaleece even added a function so retailers and sales representatives could have direct access to their account records. Records include user profiles, customer contact and ship to information, invoice/order history, open orders, returns, and credit information. Users can search through their open orders, order history, and returns to find a specific record number or narrow the search to a certain period of time. All of these features enable customers and sales representatives to save time and money.
