Spartanburg, SC – A slick, new business concept is headed downtown.

Greenville entrepreneurs Sandy and Michael Burn will open Olive and Then Some, a taste-first retailer of premium olive oils and aged balsamic vinegars, in a 4,600-square-foot space at 124 Magnolia St.

The store, which is expected to open in mid-September, will be an extension of Palmetto Olive Oil Co., a store the Burn’s opened two years ago off Augusta Street with their partners Charlotte and Michael Easler.
