GCA’s seeks presenters for its Workshop + Retreat this November

Greeting Card Association (GCA) will host its Workshop + Retreat, virtually, Nov. 12-13, 2020. “Reset. Recover. Reimagine.” is the theme for this year’s event. GCA sent an email seeking individuals who are interested in presenting at the workshop.

GCA shared the following information in the email:

Speakers can be from within the industry or outside the industry. We are interested in hearing from Makers, Brand Builders, Creative Directors, CMOs, CEOs, CFOs, Retail Buyers, Communications Strategists, PR Gurus and Futurists: anybody who can speak to the challenges of recovery or the thrill of reinvention. We are especially looking for expertise in these areas of interest as expressed by our membership:

1. Selling greeting cards online

2. Apps/Tech to help you work smarter not harder

3. Online selling platforms

4. Social media

5. Working with sales reps

The Workshop + Retreat brings together an audience from the founders and makers at small independent publishers to the leaders of global companies with thousands of employees. Our audience brings a diverse perspective on the art and business of making greeting cards from across the country.

If you have a topic that you’d like to present, fill out this online form and GCA will contact you. The deadline to submit your topic for consideration is Oct. 16, 2020.
