Design Imports launches a drop ship program

Design Imports, a wholesale home and kitchen textiles company, as well as its three sister brands Bucky, European Soaps and Tickled Pink, recently launched an Independent Retailer Drop Ship Program.

The Seattle based brands rolled out this program mid-April to help retail customers continue doing business while stay-at-home orders are in place across the United States.

Many retailers have been forced to close their doors due to social distancing regulations and have had to resort to moving their sales online or stopping business altogether. This drop ship program makes it so that retailers can sell products without having to let anyone into their stores, because the product is shipped straight to the customer. The program includes web-ready product files and social media graphics.

“It is really important to us to do what we can to support independent retailers. Our gift customers are resilient and creative. They have inspired us to innovate our own business model and the tools we can offer to our sales teams and customers,” said Amy Johnson, vice president sales and marketing.
