Woodstock Chimes Introduces New Chakra Chimes Line
Shokan, N.Y. — Woodstock Chimes®, a leading manufacturer of precision-tuned windchimes, utilized the New York International Gift Fair as the platform to debut a multitude of new products, including its line of Woodstock Chakra Chimes™. The tranquil chimes combine color and sound to underscore the ancient meaning of the major energy centers of the human body, as identified by traditional Indian medicine. The Woodstock Chakra Chimes were created to remind individuals of the strength of using mind over matter — through sound, they provide a small window into the balance of the physical and metaphysical.

According to Chakra traditions, there are seven basic chakras, which correlate to the seven main nerve groupings originating from the spinal cord. Each Chakra location has a unique meaning, orientation and healing potential. The new chimes focus on four of the seven Chakras, with each windcatcher featuring a colorful stone associated with its particular Chakra.
The Woodstock Chakra Chimes’ represent the following four Chakras:
