Now Designs gives back to a U.S. food charity

Now Designs is a family owned and operated home goods company. When the pandemic hit, the moment called for decisive action, and it got busy shifting some of its manufacturing resources to making cotton masks from unused fabric stock so that it could ensure its community had an adequate mask supply.

Now Designs gives back to help those in need

Now Designs volunteered corporately and individually with its local food bank  chapter, and knows how the crisis has an ongoing impact on folks who are already vulnerable regarding their food security. It was really important to Now Designs to make sure that although it faced severe  business challenges itself, it found a way to give back.

For every mask sold, Now Designs donated $1 to Northwest Harvest in the U.S., who is helping to ensure its communities are taken care of, especially in these times of need. Now Designs raised enough funds for over 220,000 meals in the U.S. thus far.

For a small family business, this is more than it thought it could ever do, and Now Designs is so grateful to its incredibly supportive community of small business owners and customers: “We did this together!”
